Seeing the limitations of UCSNY, which only has jurisdiction in the State of New York, Dr. Torres had a vision for a Chaplaincy that would bridge the gap between state lines in order to be free to witness globally spanning the entirety of the United States and abroad to international territories.  His vision came to fruition when USCO was birthed.  This vision of Building Bridges & Winning Souls became the motto for USCO.

Our Goal

USCO currently has Chaplains in the States of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.  USCO has International Chaplains in the Continent of Africa as well.  Our Africa Division is headed by Apostle Dr. Jeffrey Omo-Osagie.  With the Lord before us, USCO will continue to expand one state and one country at a time.

The United States Chaplain Organization is committed to preparing individuals for Chaplaincy in Urban Ministry to be effective not only in their local communities, but also to the furthering of the Kingdom of God.
