Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Omo-Osagie

Vice President (Director of Africa)

Apostle Dr. Jeffrey Omo-Osagie has a Doctor of Theology and of Christian Education. He has traveled far and wide with the message of the kingdom of God, as a church planter, leadership educator and a certified life coach. Dr Jeffrey presides over Ephratah Apostolate Inc., a ministry that incorporates various other ministry outlets. He serves as the Vice President/Deputy Chief, United States Chaplain Organization Inc. he is married to Rev. Patience Omo-Osagie, and they are blessed with a son and many adopted children in different parts of the world.

Rev. Albert Ortiz Jr

General Director

Rev. Chaplain Albert Ortiz Jr. serves as the General Director of the United States Chaplain Organization Inc. He is the Founder & Senior Pastor of Eternal Grace Christian Fellowship located in Staten Island NY. He also founded & serves as the National President of the Cross Soldiers Motorcycle Ministry. Rev. Ortiz holds credentials with Bethany Ministerial Fellowship (formerly known as Pinecrest Ministerial Fellowship) as well as the United Council of Christian Churches Inc. Currently Rev. Ortiz is enrolled in Liberty University’s Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree program with a concentration in Christian Counseling. Rev. Ortiz is a Mental Health Coach First Aid Responder certified by BCMHC/Light University. Rev. Albert Ortiz Jr. is married to Rev. Chaplain Hilda Valentin (USCO’s Director of Education) and have two wonderful children, Jeremiah and Emily. In his secular job, he serves in the capacity of Energy Conservation Specialist.

Rev. Hilda Valentin

Educational Director

Rev. Chaplain Hilda Valentin serves as Education Director for the United States Chaplain Organization, Inc. She is also Executive Pastor at Eternal Grace Christian Fellowship in Staten Island, NY where she serves together with her husband, Senior Pastor Rev. Chaplain Albert Ortiz Jr. (USCO General Director). They have two beautiful children, Jeremiah (15 years old) and Emily (12 years old). Hilda holds a dual master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. In her secular job, she serves as Education Director of Silver Lake Head Start II.

Rev. John P. Cruz

Regional Director Of Louisiana

Rev. Chaplain John Cruz served as a United Chaplain State of New York during his time living in Staten Island and now serves as a Reginal Director for the United States Chaplain Organization, Inc in Louisiana. He remains an Elder at Eternal Grace Christian Fellowship Church. His wife, Kimya Cruz, is also an USCO Chaplain. Together they have 2 beautiful daughters, Korie and Bethany. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is a Network Engineer in his secular job.

Chaplain Loumaris Contreras

Administrator

Loumaris Contreras has served as an educator for over 14 years. Throughout her career, she has worked towards meeting the academic and social emotional needs of her students. She is now an educational administrator that supports developing other teachers. She also aids others outside of her career as a United States Chaplain through counsel. She has dedicated her life to Jesus, and has served through Women’s Ministry and as a teacher/leader within the Girls Ministry in Assemblies of God Churches. She has a deep desire to continue to grow in the Word of God and enjoys Bible studies that equip her in preaching/teaching of the Gospel. She is married to William Millan for 8 years, her husband who she loves dearly. She enjoys reading, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her wonderful two dogs .

Rev. Monique Taylor-Isaacs

Administrative Asst

Rev. Chaplain Monique Taylor-Isaacs serves as an Administrative Assistant for the United States Chaplain Organization, Inc. She is also an Elder at Eternal Grace Christian Fellowship in Staten Island, New York, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Rev. Albert Ortiz (USCO General Director). She is married and has three beautiful adult children and 2 wonderful grandchildren. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and certifications as a Mediator and Professional Life Coach. After 34 years of service to the city and state, she retired on December 29, 2023, from the New York State Unified Court System as a Senior Management Analyst. Monique’s passion is to help those in need and now she is able to dedicate her time and life to the glory of God.  She will be able to use her knowledge, professional and technical skills and experience in this new chapter of her life.

Chaplain Anderlisa Gotay

Public Relations

Anderlisa Gotay is a Chaplain for The United States Chaplain Organization, Inc. She currently serves as a volunteer Chaplain at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. Her role as a Chaplain allows her to provide spiritual care to patients, family members, and staff that are coping with health issues and experiencing life-changing events. Serving as a volunteer Chaplain, through the leading of the Lord, Jesus Christ, she allows the power of God’s love, faith, and hope to be felt. Anderlisa holds a dual master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. For the past 25 years she has worked as a Special Education middle school Teacher, where she is afforded the opportunity to impact the lives of children who have disabilities, behavioral and/or learning disorders, and developmental delays. Anderlisa enjoys spending time with her wonderful son, Christian Michael Gil.
